Leading the creative culinary team for Southern Hospitality Kitchens is Executive Chef, Marc Krampe.
He is an award-winning, progressive, culinary professional with over 20 years of experience in the industry. He studied culinary arts and earned an associate of applied science degree from Le Cordon Bleu. Along the way, he has sharpened his skills staging at several high-end restaurants specializing in French, Japanese, New American & Thai Cuisine. In 2013, Chef Krampe became the owner/culinary partner of Southern Hospitality Kitchens which includes Charley G’s, Social Southern Table and Bar, The Tap Room and Pete’s.

In addition, Chef Krampe is an avid participant in charitable events that include The Healing House, Hospice of Acadiana, Catholic Services of Acadiana, Boys and Girls Club of Acadiana, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Acadiana and more. Chef Krampe approaches food with passion, creativity. He is committed to sustainability and using local ingredients whenever possible.
