Ōra King Salmon

  • 200g Ōra King Salmon
  • 6x Corn Tortillas
  • 1x Lime
  • 10x Cherry Tomatoes
  • ¼ Red Cabbage
  • 1x Avocado
  • ½ Bunch Coriander
  • 1x Red Chilli (Deseeded)
  • 100g Sweetcorn
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Smoked Paprika


  1. Slice the salmon into long strips and season with salt and smoked paprika, then leave to one side.
  2. Grill the sweetcorn, then add to a bowl with lime juice and zest, chilli then the coriander and salt.
    Finely shred the cabbage, quarter the tomatoes, and mash the avocado with lime.


Grill the tortillas, and leave to one side, grill the salmon over coals for 2 minutes on each side so still opaque in the middle. Serve with Sour Cream.
