Hailing from the Windy City, Seth Blumenthal always knew the kitchen was his calling and has worked his way through the ranks from a young age. Before enrolling at Chicago’s Kendall College, Seth begun his career as a dishwasher at a local restaurant. He spent some time staging and interning at some of Chicago’s best restaurants, before landing as a Line Cook at Michelin-starred, L20.
In 2015 Seth headed to Miami to work alongside Chef Brad Kilgore at Alter, as Chef de Cuisine. In 2018 Seth was featured by Forbes as one of “Miami’s Chefs to Watch.”
In 2019 Seth left to explore South East Asia, and ended his travels staging at Room 4 Dessert. Once back in the states, Seth joined Le Jardinier as Chef de Cuisine.
When Seth isn’t in a kitchen, you can find him eating ramen, riding his bike, and enjoying a round of frisbee golf.
